Terms of Use

Wellynk^® lets you build a page, publish it at its own public address and see how many people visit it and click your links. It works independently: you do not need a Wellmexh® account to use it.

Features, limits and prices depend on the plan (see the Plans section) and may change as the product evolves. We may fix, improve, change or discontinue features. If a change materially harms a paid plan that is in force, we will give reasonable advance notice.

To use Wellynk^® you must be 18 or older and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. The service is not directed at people under 18. If we find that an account belongs to someone under that age, we may close it.

You must give truthful information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

You can create an account with an email and password. Before you can sign in, you must confirm your email using the link we send you. You can also sign in with Google, Apple or Wellmexh® when those options are available on the sign-in screen, and you can connect or disconnect these methods in your account. At least one way to sign in must always remain.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens in your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and let support@wellynk.com know.

In the guided editor you build the page with blocks (links, headings, text, images, banners, YouTube or Vimeo videos, QR Code and spacers), social links, theme, colors and fonts. Some blocks and customization options depend on the plan. When you publish, we generate a version of the page and serve it at a public address, separate from the app, through Cloudflare infrastructure. Anyone with the link can see a published page.

Uploaded images must be JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB each, within your plan’s storage quota.

You are responsible for the content you publish, including any code. For security, we do not accept scripts, iframes, forms, embedded objects, SVG, event attributes (such as onclick) or javascript: and data: addresses, and code size is limited. This also applies to any content generated by an AI tool.

Your page address (the last part of the URL) is a public identifier. We may refuse or change addresses that violate these Terms.

The “Create with AI” feature generates a page proposal from what you describe. When you use the feature, we send your description and the information already on your page (such as display name, bio, links, social links and theme colors) to an authorized AI provider, which processes this data only to generate the answer. Outside “Create with AI”, Wellynk^® does not send your content to any AI provider.

The result goes into your page draft. We validate the format before applying it, and nothing goes live until you review and publish.

If you prefer, you can also copy the instructions (prompt) and use the AI tool of your choice. In that case you are the one sending it, and the tool belongs to a third party with its own terms and privacy policy. Avoid including personal or confidential data in your description. AI answers can contain mistakes, and you are responsible for reviewing the result and making sure it does not violate anyone’s rights.

You remain the owner of the content you create and publish. So that the service can work, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, copy and display that content (including through a content delivery network) only to provide the service to you, for as long as the content is on Wellynk^®.

You declare that you have the necessary rights over everything you publish (text, images, trademarks, links and any code) and that publishing it does not violate the law or anyone’s rights. You are responsible for the content of your pages and for what is on the sites your links point to. We do not review content before it is published.

Wellynk^®, its brand, the software and the design of the service belong to us or our licensors. These Terms only give you the right to use the service and transfer no other right.

Do not use Wellynk^® to publish, link to or promote: illegal content; content that exploits or sexualizes minors; harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination; fraud, phishing, scams or impersonation; malware or attempts to bypass security; spam; infringement of copyright, trademark, image or privacy rights of others; or content that encourages violence or self-harm.

You also may not access other people’s accounts, overload or disrupt the service, artificially inflate visits and clicks, use automation to create accounts or pages in bulk, or get around the limits of your plan.

To report a page, write to support@wellynk.com with the page address and the reason. For copyright or image rights, also say who holds the right. We review reports and may ask for more information.

When we consider it necessary to comply with the law, protect people or the service, or enforce these Terms, we may take pages offline, archive or remove content, limit features, and suspend or close accounts. Whenever possible and safe, we will explain why, and you can contest the decision by writing to support@wellynk.com. In serious cases we may act without prior notice and notify the competent authorities.

Wellynk^® has three plans: Origin (free), Signature and Sovereign. Current limits, features and prices appear on the plans page and at checkout, and prevail over any summary here. As of this version:

Origin: free, with 1 page and up to 2 links, metrics history for the last 7 days, and Google AdSense ads on published pages.

Signature: R$ 19.90 per month or R$ 199.00 per year, with 1 page, no fixed link limit, no ads, advanced customization and blocks, QR Code, and metrics for the last 30 days.

Sovereign: R$ 39.90 per month or R$ 399.00 per year, with up to 10 pages, no fixed link limit, no ads, Create with AI, and metrics for the last 90 days, including clicks per link, CTR and traffic sources.

Prices are charged in Brazilian reais (BRL). If your plan changes, the limits of the new plan apply.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions, monthly or annual as you choose. Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details. The subscription renews automatically, charging the current price to your saved payment method, until you cancel.

You can also subscribe without an account (guest purchase). In that case, after paying you create an account or sign in to an existing one and link the purchase to it. The plan is only unlocked after that link, and the linking key is kept in this browser for up to 14 days. If you have trouble linking, write to support@wellynk.com.

You manage your payment method, invoices, plan changes and cancellation in the Stripe billing portal, reached from the plan page in your account. When you cancel, you keep the plan’s features until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Changes to a higher-priced plan are charged right away, prorated for the remaining period. Reductions in price or in billing frequency take effect at the end of the current period. If a charge fails, Stripe may try again, and if the subscription stops being active, access to the paid plan ends.

We may change prices and plans going forward. Price changes apply from the next renewal and will be announced with reasonable notice so you can cancel beforehand if you prefer.

We do not give prorated refunds for the period already paid when you cancel, unless the applicable law guarantees that right (for example, the 7-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases in Brazil) or we decide to grant one after reviewing your case. To ask, write to finance@wellynk.com.

If you connect your Wellmexh® account to Wellynk^® and have Wellmexh® Premium active, we unlock the Sovereign plan as a benefit, at no extra charge on Wellynk^®. We check with Wellmexh® from time to time to see whether Premium is still active, and the benefit follows its validity.

If Premium ends or you disconnect your Wellmexh® account from Wellynk^®, the benefit stops, and the account goes back to the plan you subscribed to directly, or to Origin. The Premium subscription is governed by the Wellmexh® terms, not by these.

You can stop using Wellynk^® at any time. Cancelling a subscription does not delete the account. To delete the account, use the “Delete account” option in your account settings.

Deletion is immediate, permanent and cannot be undone. It ends your sessions, cancels active subscriptions, takes your pages offline, deletes published versions and uploaded images from storage, and anonymizes your account data and page content. We keep only the minimum necessary, such as billing history, for as long as the law requires (see the Privacy Policy). If deletion is interrupted midway, you can sign in and finish it.

We may also suspend or close accounts in the situations described in the reports and moderation section, or when the law requires.

Wellynk^® is provided “as is” and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. There may be maintenance and failures at third parties we depend on, such as payments, hosting, email delivery and sign-in through Google, Apple or Wellmexh®.

Metrics are estimates: they remove repeated counts and may not record every visitor (for example, when a browser blocks the measurement script). Ads shown on the Origin plan are served by Google, and we do not control their content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities, or for content from other users or third-party sites. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to Wellynk^® in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including consumer rights, willful misconduct, fraud, and death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or within the service, with reasonable advance notice where possible. If you keep using Wellynk^® after the new version takes effect, it applies to you. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any disputes.

If you are a consumer, this does not remove the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live (in Brazil, the Consumer Defense Code), nor your right to bring a claim in the courts of your home country where the law so provides. Before any dispute, please try to resolve it with us using the contact details below.
